If you are interested in placing an order with us, please take a look at the following information first. Anyone placing an order is deemed to have read this information.

"Can you order in suppressors?"

No, Suppressors of any type, including tracers and ones which are clearly unable to be converted into a real suppressor will not be accepted for orders. Only exceptions include INTEGRATED suppressors on certain guns such as an MP5SD. If you purchase a gun which includes a suppressor, it WILL BE omitted during shipping and there is no compensation for the value of the part.

"Can you order in receivers?"

On their own, absolutely not, regardless if it is an upper or a lower. We highly discourage ordering in dubious looking stocks which resemble a receiver as well (such as bullpup conversion kits). However we can install aftermarket receivers on a completed gun, or build a kit gun in its entirety for importation. Any loose receivers are perceived by Canadian Border Service Agency as an airsoft gun which shoots 0 FPS, and therefor under current importation laws, are not admissible.

"Can you order in pistol frames?"

Defer to answer for receivers above. Same rules apply. No exceptions.

"So how does the process of placing an order work?"

Typically every order inquiry starts off with us checking availability first, as well as eligibility for import.

Once availability of an item is confirmed and our asking price is quoted. We require the asking price of the item and the amount to ship it over from Taiwan to Vancouver first.  We cannot ship airsoft guns directly to customers, but parts are okay.

When receiving the item in question, we will do our best to ensure there are no abnormal manufacturing or quality control defects. If found we will refuse the item and source a better example if applicable. This exclude known defects to a certain product due to design. Know what you are purchasing before deciding to purchase it.

Once received you will be updated on the status as well as provided images of the products.

If modifications are required to meet Canada's 366fps threshold, they will be performed at the cost of the buyer.

Your order will then be shipped out, including a tracking number so you can also see the status of your order at customs.

Once we receive the item at our Vancouver location, we will update you, and give you a remaining balance consisting of applicable duties and domestic shipping to your location if you cannot pick the item up in the Vancouver area.

Orders are typically shipped out domestically next business day if payment is received past 5pm PST, or day of if earlier.

"What forms of payment do you accept?"

We accept EMT primarily, but can also accept Paypal. There is a 5% fee for Paypal Transactions.

"When will I receive my order?"

We ship all orders for a given customer individually via EMS, which is typically a 4 day service to reach Canada. Other factors which may delay an order being fulfilled would typically be lead times in Taiwan to source the parts or gun, as a lot of their stores do not stock much inventory on hand due to overhead and logistics concerns. When your order reaches Canada, parts typically clear customs fairly quickly. However if you placed an order for a gun, it will have to be inspected by CBSA first before being released. This process can take anywhere from hours to weeks for our method of shipping. The longest wait time we've observed is 3 weeks, but as I've mentioned, we have also seen guns released within hours. We have no control over the CBSA, nor do we get any sort of special treatment from them.

"What kind of guarantees do you offer for your services?"

In the unlikely event your order is seized by Canadian Border Services Agency, likely due to our own fault, we will offer a full refund. This is however incredibly unlikely and we have successfully appealed every wrongful seizures of airsoft guns in the past and will continue to do so on our customers behalf. We will not import in any item we know is of a dubious and illicit nature as outlined by Canadian law around the subject. As of writing this, we've still haven't had a single customer not receive their order.

"Do you offer gun tech, repair, and build services?"

Yes we do, at both our Taiwan and Vancouver facilities. Our standard rates start at $40/hr. Specialized tasks as quoted ahead of time may cost more however. We also reserve the right to refuse tech and repair services if we deem the gun in question in much too poor of a state to reasonably repair.

** As of Dec. 06 2023, we will no longer be offering build and repair servic
es on GHK products due to their numerous QC issues and defects
